Object

We provide accommodation for companies engaged in the work of Wroclaw, and for tourists visiting the city. We have a large 4-room apartment (84 m2) on the second floor of a quiet building on ul. Swietokrzyska 41-43 (Downtown). Street it is not in the communication are not that way and tramway lines, and bus stops. The maximum number of guests: 10 (single and double beds).

Room facilities: TV (satellite), radio, electric kettle, induction cooker, fridge, pots, dishes, cutlery, and in some computer rooms.
Bathroom Facilities: toilet, shower, sink, hair dryer.
Public: washing machine, Internet access (2 MB / s).

Note! The ban on smoking on the premises.

Location

Great location (near the center, 300m to the bus, tram - the node to the communication en. Bema) in the direct vicinity of Tumski Ostrow and the Botanical Garden, around the gallery and the Dominican Pasaż Grunwaldzkiego. Without the use of any means of public transport or private car, within 15 minutes to reach the most interesting places in Wroclaw.
Middle and direct access to railway stations and bus stops.


For accommodation for 1 night surcharge applies 10 PLN per person.
In the days negotiable prices.
We prefer companies proposing room for a week or longer.

Parking
Valet Parking in the street. Paid Parking Lot at a distance of 300 m.

Meals
Breakfast is not included in the price of peace. There is a possibility of preparing a meal. Available to the public garden with barbecue.
